b16ce1ea0b Add missing Hou+ images for translators 
- TitleHigurashi is the buttons on the title menu (similar to previous chapters)
 - ChapterPreview contains the "EXIT" button on the scenario select/fragment menu, along with some other graphical (non-text) stuff
